So...

I figure for all the 1 persons still following this blog, I should explain something: I'm putting it on indefinite hiatus. Not because I don't want to finish it, but because at the current stage, it is too much of a pain in the ass to do so. See, in order to reach the next Gym, I need to have a Pokemon that can use Surf. Sounds fine, right? Well, the only Pokemon I can catch that can learn Surf at this point is a Krabby, and to do so, I have to rely on the RNG, with a rod that has a very low chance of hooking a Krabby. In normal Pokemon, I'd be able to do this no problem, just keep going until I hook the desired Krabby. But in a Nuzlocke, I can't. If I don't get the Krabby, even with my own hook that I can restart at the previous Gym, I'm still doing a lot of tedious walking back and forth. Theoretically, I could go back and try and catch a Surf-abled Pokemon earlier, but doing that, I'd have effectively rendered 4 earlier posts useless, and formatting even one of these things in one go is already enough of a pain in the ass as it is.

So, yeah. I hate having to cancel these sorts of things, but I guess Jodi will just have to remain a Pokemon trainer forever. (Or until I decide to come back to this. Either or.)
